
Health & Fitness Programs:
We have a number of health & fitness programs available to our members.
Youth Swim Lessons:
Our swim lessons are run during the summer months and provide a fun and safe way for your child to learn how to swim. Every swimmer will learn aquatic skills appropriate to their age and individual skill level. Each session includes ten 30 minute lessons and meets every Monday through Friday for two weeks.

CPR & First Aid Training:
Our CPR/First Aid classes are held on the first Saturday of each month. The class is certified through the American Safety & Health Institute and includes both Adult and Pediatric CPR.
Location: YMCA Central Park Facility
Fee: $40
Youth Karate & Self Defense:
This program combines safety awareness education with self defense instruction in a fun, structured, environment. Students are placed into classes according to their age and ability level.
Ages: 5-13 years
Locations: Central Park YMCA Facility, Windrows Elementary (R.C.)
Fee: $5 per lesson in 8 week sessions
Pom Pom Cheerleading & Drill Team:
Perform year-round in parades, shows, and competitions. Girls and boys ages 5+ are invited to learn all three skills and join an award winning organization. This class will give you an edge for team and school tryouts.
Locations: YMCA Central Park Facility, Southridge Middle School (Fontana), Fontana Middle (Fontana), David W. Longs (Fontana)
Fee: $35 for 8 weeks, sessions ongoing
Financial Assistance:
Financial Assistance is available to assist families who qualify in managing the cost of program fees. Applications can be obtained from all West End YMCA branches.
